Ansys Workbench (SIG$ILL) errore

Ciao a tutti, sto usando Ansys Workbench per un problema statico strutturale.
Dopo aver importato il modello cad, creato una mesh, vincoli definiti e forze, alla fine ho provato a risolvere ottenendo il seguente errore:
"An unknown error occurred during solution. Check the Solver Output on the Solution Information object for possible causes."
Dopo aver controllato il solver, si presenta il seguente errore:
*** ERROR ***
"An unexpected error ( SIG$ILL ) has occurred... ANSYS internal data
has been corrupted. ANSYS is unable to recover and will terminate.
Previously saved files are unaffected. Please send the data leading
to this operation to your technical support provider, as this will
allow ANSYS, Inc to improve the program."
Ho ottenuto lo stesso errore usando sia la versione 14.5 che 16 di Ansys.
Qualcuno sa quale potrebbe essere la causa?

Di solito risolvono.
La tua geometria è ok?
I vincoli sono apposto? Ovvero il corpo è vincolato correttamente?
Io partirei dalla mesh e giù fino alle condizioni al contorno.
Guarda che non ci sia un elemento della mesh che non è fatto bene, magari cambia le impostazioni della mesh.
Sto andando a tentativi ma non ho soluzioni.

Ciao, non ho ancora contattato l'assistenza. Ho notato che il problema si ripresenta anche con una semplice geometria creata su Workbench. Riottengo lo stesso errore una volta avviato il solutore..

reinstalla tutto o resetta
